1. Introduction

Welcome to NotarLinkPro. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our digital notary and legal offerings. By using NotarLinkPro at NotarLinkPro.com, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

“Services” refers to digital notary and legal assistance provided online or remotely. “Information Products” refers to ebooks, templates, and digital guides. “Physical Goods” refers to any tangible items purchased through NotarLinkPro.

3. Use of Services

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting Services. NotarLinkPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if terms are violated.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full before commencement of any Service, delivery of any Information Product, or shipment of any Physical Good. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

For Services, you may request a change of appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made less than 48 hours prior may not be accommodated.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Digital Notary and Legal Services

If you cancel a Service at least 48 hours before its scheduled start, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before commencement are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory work and scheduling commitments. All eligible reimbursements are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6.2 Information Products

All Information Products are delivered immediately upon purchase and access is granted without delay. Due to the nature of digital content, these items are not eligible for reimbursement once access credentials have been issued. If you experience technical difficulties accessing an Information Product, please contact us for support via our contact form.

6.3 Physical Goods

You may request a refund for Physical Goods within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a refund, ship the item to:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the reimbursement to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs paid at purchase are not eligible for reimbursement.

7. No-Refund Services

Certain Services that require extensive preparatory work or engagement with third parties are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. These include expedited notary attestations and court filings with fixed deadlines. Such non-refundable Services are clearly identified during the checkout process, and fees are retained to cover administrative and partner costs.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bern, Switzerland.
